I remember seeing online people worshiping Zeus and I thought why not do the same for Hecate. She derserves just as much honor and attention.
Is Goddess Hecate evil?
No, just don't get on her bad side or don't make her angry. If you love her back she will love and bless you. She is the gate keeper, the Queen of the witches, the sky and sea just to name a few for those that are new to her.
How do I get to know Goddess Hecate?
Reaserch her online as much as you can, learn all about her.
This may be a bit of a suprise for those who are new to her but pray to her, ask her if she will accept you. You will get an answer in one in three ways.
1) A feeling- like your being hugged lovingly. It may sound silly but I promise you, you will experience this amazing spiritual feeling as you get closer to her.
2) signs- dogs will appear around you or she will show you in other ways only you will understand.
3) You just know or a spiritual attachment.
How do I know if she agrees to work with me?
You just know uou will feel a conection between you and her.
How do I pray to Goddess Hecate?
Make an alter someplace you feel that is special in your home or outside (if you can).
Or say a prayer aknowlaging Goddess Hecate.
And yes you can use prayer beads, There online some even custom made for you. Have a look around online.
Am I obligated to work with Hecate for life once I pick her?
Definity not, you should never feel you have to work with her if you don't want to. Godess Hecate promotes or encourages free will how else are you going to learn? :)
What do you do in this group?
We spread the word and history about Hecate, because she is so commonly misunderstood.
We also help spirits cross over to the other side by helping them "find the light" we help that sprit go to it and are job is done......for now.
We voulenteer at animal shelters and other places to help the community in Hecate's name.
How do you become a servant of Hecate?
contact us you will be sent what is called the letter of oath stating your commitment and love for Goddess Hecate. There are very few requirements fir joining this remarkable group.
What questions will I be asked if I want to join this group?
1) your age sounds silly but some people take a joke to a very serious event or task.
2) asking to sign a letter of oath (with ink NOT blood) this is a sacred step and a reminder to you and to Goddess Hecate that you promised her that you are committed and that you.love her.
3) You will need a p.o. box (this is not a requirement but it will be useful for going up further in rank in the group.) We will mail you cards and mabey even flyers to hand out which again is optional.)
4) You can chat in the group all you want and make friends and get to know everyone, however you will be requested a task or a job to complete these jobs and tasks are optional. Saome jobs and taksks require a p.o. box it can be as littke or as big as you want what ever you can offord. There is no penalty fir refusing a job or task in any way whatsoever. You can just dont want to do it and that will not be counted against you either.
5) lastly, EVERYTHING IS OPTIIONAL the only thing thats not is abiding to agree to the rules and stating your age and signing your oath to Hecate. Pretty much the more of these items you fill out the more likely you are to be accepted.
